12-Month Warranty

All Levana Labs products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and faults arising from normal use.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty components affecting normal operation
• Devices that stop working under normal use within the warranty period

What's Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by failure to follow the included instructions

How to Activate Your Warranty

To activate your warranty, email your order number, full name, and delivery address to support@levanalabs.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Making a Warranty Claim

If your device develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us at support@levanalabs.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps, which may include a repair or replacement at our discretion.
