Shipping Policy

At LevanaLabs, we want your experience to be as smooth as possible from the moment you order to the moment it arrives at your door. We offer free shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. Currently we ship within the UK only and do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs All orders qualify for free shipping with no minimum spend required. This will be reflected at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Handling time: 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit time: 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated delivery: 7 to 16 business days.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Carriers We work with trusted UK carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, UPS and FedEx.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package directly on the carrier's website.

Delayed Orders If your estimated delivery window has passed, please allow up to two additional days and check your tracking. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at support@levanalabs.com with your order number and we'll investigate.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, photograph the issue and email us at support@levanalabs.com with your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses. Please ensure your delivery address is correct — we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
